Hypnotherapy
Hypnotherapy is based on the understanding that many of our automatic thoughts and emotional reactions are influenced by unconscious processes. In order to create change, it is therefore considered important in hypnotherapy to work with the unconscious.
In a hypnosis session, you are guided into a calm and focused state, where it becomes easier to notice unconscious patterns. You are always awake and in full control, and together we explore ways to create inner peace and find new ways to handle challenges.

EFT
EFT (emotional freedom technique) is a method that is aimed for helping dissolve energetic blockages in the body caused by emotional stress. The tapping of different points on the body can help to calm the nervous system, making it more accessible to work with negative emotions and events.
EFT can also help with physical pain or discomfort, as some physical pain can stem from emotional stress.

Coaching
I also use coaching in my session, based on what I see you need. Maybe you need to see or hear something that gives you new perspectives on the situation you are in.
In addition to conversation, I also focus on the body and what it says. The body often has something to tell us, if we listen. It has its own wisdom and actually wants to cooperate with us. In the sessions we therefore also give the body the attention it needs.
